Come relax in our newly updated 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2 full bath single level home with vaulted ceilings and great room concept. We are located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street in the heart of darling Gilbert with everything this charming town has to offer. You can easily walk to downtown or it’s a short drive to sooo much fun stuff to do in Gilbert…or nearby Mesa & Chandler. Even Phoenix & Scottsdale are only a 30 minute drive away! Fantastic golf courses, MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NFL, hiking, biking, boating, and more are all easy access for you at this house.
We have a large, beautiful and private backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a firepit, bar and a built-in BBQ to entertain family and friends. Our self-cleaning pebble-tec pool (heated option available in the winter) will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays nice and warm here in Gilbert and hovers around 80 plus even in the Spring, making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings that Arizona provides : ) The pool is professionally maintained weekly for your comfort and convenience.
The interior of the home is fully remodeled and custom designed with brand new furniture, furnishings, beds and linens in March of 2023. We have a modern, spacious, and well-stocked kitchen and pantry, smart TV’s in every room so you can stream all your favs…Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN plus, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc. Free highspeed Wi-Fi is available to all guests.
It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible so you’ll find the house loaded with extras such as a coffee station, blender, toaster, waffle maker, hair dryer. There’s even a separate beverage/wine fridge available.
Please note that this is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood (with quiet hours of 10pm-8am) which make it perfect for family/friend gatherings but it’s NOT a party house and all noise complaints will be addressed swiftly.

We stayed at Renee and Doug’s fabulous home-away-from home in February for a wonderful family adventure. The home is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and close in to the fun little town of Gilbert. We were able to cook or order in – with the well-equipped kitchen setup, or walk or short dive to great restaurants. Renee gave great suggestions! Our favorite was hanging out in the backyard- the pool was perfect after big Arizona hikes, late night talks around the fire table, or playing games in the shade. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. Everything was just delightful – including easy quick and helpful communication with the hosts. Thanks for a truly wonderful family vacation!
Perfect!
Very well-equipped house. Beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance. Owners are prompt and very helpful. Also a small putting green. U can’t go wrong with this one.
Gilbert getaway
We had a fantastic girls weekend at the house. The backyard was the perfect oasis! The speakers were easy to use. There were shady areas a for those that don’t want sun. The pool was clean & temp was perfect. At night we enjoyed the cozy fire pit. Downtown Gilbert is a short walk and the Farmer’s market is a must see. We ended up enjoying the house so much that we didn’t even venture out.
The house was clean, well appointed and organized. Hosts Renee & Doug were responsive & helpful.
We will definitely come back to the Gilbert house. It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. We can’t wait to come back!
Good times in Gilbert
We had great time staying at Doug and Renee’s. House was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked; beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed BBQing and hanging out by the pool. Quiet neighborhood close to the vibrant downtown Gilbert area.

Beautiful Home
This is a great house to stay at while enjoying all that Arizona has to offer. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. We loved the decor, very clean home and pool. We took advantage of the BBQ and the lounge chairs by the pool. The outdoor speakers were easy to connect to for pool days. The host is responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
